Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible service and ensure fairness to all clients, please review our studio policies:
Arrival & Grace Period: We understand that life happens, but to respect the time of all clients, we offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a No-Show, and the appointment will be canceled and charged at 100% of the service price.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
